• Students learn about next generation nanoelectronics devices and beyond CMOS computing technologies including spintronics, neuromorphic computing, use of novel nanomaterials (such as graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides) to make disruptive devices. Students also investigate applications of nanoelectronics and nanotechnology in bioengineering specifically for understanding and probing the brain.
